I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the awesome job you and your staff did at my daughter’s wedding last Saturday night, June 19, 2010. I can only imagine how difficult it was to manage in unfamiliar surroundings including barn, hillside and meadow settings. But you did it and it was fabulous!! I am still hearing rave reviews on the food, the food stations, the service, the presentation, the ice sculpture, etc. I have had a number of people tell me they have never had such fabulous food at a wedding; and you did it for 325+ people without missing a beat. On behalf of the entire Fisher Family, I want to thank you for helping us make it a fairy tale day for our daughter.

Hi Scott
I simply cannot thank you enough for the exquisite luncheon you put on for my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. The presentation was absolutely gorgeous and the food was even better. Everyone who attended cannot stop talking about it and many people asked who the caterer was. The white smoked fish was to die for as well as the chocolate covered strawberries. You were fantastic to work with and I am so happy that my friends recommended you to cater my affair. I will definitely be using your services in the years to come.
