Dear Scott,

Thank you so much for making our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah Kiddush Luncheon so special.
From our first meeting, I knew you would be the caterer who could bring her rainbow theme to life. You understood exactly what we wanted, and we were thrilled with the experience.

The food was delicious, the service exceptional, and the decor outstanding. I was impressed with how well your servers kept all four lines of the buffet filled with food, and our guests commented on how plentiful everything was. I saw people filling their large plates, but I was thrilled that everyone managed to save room for the cupcake and ice cream sundae bar which was brought out as a surprise treat.

You managed to create a wonderful party atmosphere and it was a celebration we will never forget.

Fisher Wedding

Scott –

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the awesome job you and your staff did at my daughter’s wedding last Saturday night, June 19, 2010. I can only imagine how difficult it was to manage in unfamiliar surroundings including barn, hillside and meadow settings. But you did it and it was fabulous!! I am still hearing rave reviews on the food, the food stations, the service, the presentation, the ice sculpture, etc. I have had a number of people tell me they have never had such fabulous food at a wedding; and you did it for 325+ people without missing a beat. On behalf of the entire Fisher Family, I want to thank you for helping us make it a fairy tale day for our daughter.

Hi Scott

I simply cannot thank you enough for the exquisite luncheon you put on for my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. The presentation was absolutely gorgeous and the food was even better. Everyone who attended cannot stop talking about it and many people asked who the caterer was. The white smoked fish was to die for as well as the chocolate covered strawberries. You were fantastic to work with and I am so happy that my friends recommended you to cater my affair. I will definitely be using your services in the years to come.

Dear Scott and staff ,
Our group truly enjoyed the delicious meal prepared by your staff and the serving service of Nikki .
The group of Sisters of Notre Dame deNamur and their Columbus Associates all raved about the delicious Chicken Parmigiana, pasta, salad , vegetables and rolls . The buffet was displayed lovely too.The chicken could be cut with a fork !
Scott you have a wonderful menu to choose from and after having you many times for these affairs you have always prepared a delicious meal and polite and helpful servers .

Just wanted to let you know how much everyone enjoyed the meal you prepared
for our monthly sales meeting. Lunch was not only delicious, the desert
tray was fantastic!! You will definitely be getting additional business
from Glazer’s in the near future. In fact, our next sales meeting is
scheduled for
March 18, so I’ll be calling to work out a menu with you.
